Subject to these Terms of Service (this "Agreement"), render-mail.com ("Render-Mail", "we", "us" and/or "our") provides access to Render-Mail's AI-powered email client platform (collectively, the "Services"). By using or accessing the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company, business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement, in which case the term "you" shall refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with this Agreement, you must not accept this Agreement and may not use the Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up and using the services provided by Render-Mail (referred to as the "Service"), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). The Service is owned and operated by STTech LLC ("Us", "We", or "Our").
2. Description of Service
Render-Mail provides an AI-powered email client and email management tool ("the Product"). The Product enables users to connect their Gmail and Microsoft Outlook email accounts via OAuth to access AI-assisted features including draft generation, email triage, categorization, and intelligent email management. The Product is accessible at render-mail.com and other domains and subdomains controlled by Us (collectively, "the Website").
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
- Keep your account information up to date.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Not share your account with any other person.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including email and privacy laws.
4. Acceptable Use

By connecting your Google or Microsoft email account to Render-Mail, you authorize us to access your email data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this access at any time through your email provider's account settings or within the Render-Mail application.
6. AI-Powered Features
Render-Mail uses artificial intelligence to provide features such as draft generation, email categorization, and triage assistance. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content (such as draft replies) is provided as suggestions and should be reviewed before sending.
- We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
- You are solely responsible for any emails sent from your account, including those drafted with AI assistance.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
You acknowledge and agree that the Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality, including but not limited to all information, software, code, text, displays, graphics, photographs, video, audio, design, presentation, selection, and arrangement, are owned by Us, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You retain ownership of all content in your email accounts. We claim no intellectual property rights over the content of your emails.
8. Payment and Subscription
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. If you subscribe to a paid plan:
- You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan.
- Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTY OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTIES' RIGHTS, AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
10. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL WE, OUR AFFILIATES OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE, THE SERVICE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE WEBSITE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless STTech LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
- We will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the Service.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms of Service from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms of Service means that you accept and agree to the changes.
